Flyntal is an aviation-focused workforce visibility and capability platform designed to improve professional connectivity, qualification visibility, workforce development and training awareness across the aviation industry.
Flyntal may provide information, networking opportunities, workforce visibility tools and future platform services for aviation professionals, organisations and training providers.
At the current stage, Flyntal operates as an Early Access platform and certain features may be under development, modified or unavailable.
To use Flyntal, you must:

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Flyntal is accurate, complete and current.
Users must not submit information that is:

Fraudulent;
Misleading;
Unlawful;
Defamatory;
Infringing on third-party rights.
Flyntal reserves the right to remove, reject or restrict information at its sole discretion.
Users retain ownership of any information, qualifications, certificates, licences, approvals, documents and other content submitted to Flyntal.
By submitting information to Flyntal, users grant Flyntal a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to:
Store information;
Process information;
Display information;
Use information for platform operation;
Use information for platform development;
Use information for service improvement.
This licence is limited to the operation and development of Flyntal services.
Flyntal is not an employment agency, recruitment agency, staffing provider, labour leasing provider or regulated employment intermediary.
Flyntal does not:
Employ users;
Recruit users;
Guarantee employment;
Guarantee job placement;
Guarantee recruitment outcomes;
Guarantee business opportunities.
Any future relationship between professionals, organisations or training providers remains solely between those parties.
Flyntal does not guarantee:
The validity of licences;
The validity of qualifications;
The validity of approvals;
The validity of certificates;
Regulatory compliance of users;
Regulatory compliance of organisations.
Any verification indicators, profile information, qualification records or visibility features provided by Flyntal do not constitute regulatory approval, certification or legal confirmation.
Organisations remain responsible for conducting their own verification and compliance processes.
Flyntal must not be relied upon as the sole basis for:
Safety-critical decisions;
Airworthiness decisions;
Compliance decisions;
Regulatory decisions;
Operational decisions;
Hiring decisions.
Independent verification remains the responsibility of the relevant organisation.
All Flyntal trademarks, branding, logos, graphics, content, designs, software concepts, platform structures, workflows, visual elements and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of Flyntal unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Flyntal.
Users may not:
Misrepresent qualifications;
Misrepresent approvals;
Impersonate another person or organisation;
Upload malicious software;
Attempt unauthorised access;
Interfere with platform operation;
Collect information from other users without permission;
Use Flyntal for unlawful purposes.
Flyntal reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where such activities occur.
Flyntal is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
Flyntal does not guarantee:
Continuous availability;
Error-free operation;
Availability of future features;
Availability of specific services;
Availability of Early Access participation.
Flyntal may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice.
Flyntal may rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to:
Hosting providers;
Cloud infrastructure providers;
Analytics providers;
Email communication providers;
Automation providers;
Security providers.
Flyntal is not responsible for the content, availability or performance of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flyntal shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits;
Loss of revenue;
Loss of business opportunities;
Data loss;
Service interruptions;
Loss resulting from reliance on user-provided information;
Indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Flyntal may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website, Early Access programme or future services where:
These Terms are violated;
Fraudulent activity is suspected;
Platform security is at risk;
Such action is reasonably necessary to protect Flyntal, users or third parties.
Use of Flyntal is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Users should review the Privacy Policy for information regarding the collection, storage and processing of personal data.
Flyntal may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on this page together with the revision date.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user’s country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
